George Healy, General Manager

The day in 1996 that George Healy interviewed with Dick Humphrey, he sat on a bench by a window reading a collection of poetry by Yeats. He remembers a cook walking by and commenting on the knowledge of food he must have to be reading a book about yeast.  After experiencing Dick's unusual interview style, George instinctively knew that Yours Truly was a rare find.

George has lived in a multitude of different places, attended five different high schools (graduating from Chamberlain H.S. in Twinsburg), and is a voracious reader.   He's even had some poetry and short stories published, so watch out William Butler Yeats (Yeast?)!

George uses his quick wit and knowledge of trivia when he writes Yours Truly's Tuesday Memo, a weekly employee communication full of facts and fun.

George has worked at nearly every Yours Truly location.

Kim Jewell

Kim Jewell, a native of Highland, New York, became a Yours Truly manager in October 2006.  Prior to coming to Yours Truly, Kim worked in the pizza business.

Kim graduated from S.U.N.Y., New Paltz, where she earned a degree in industrial and organizational psychology.  "I find my degree useful in my interactions with guests and employees," says Kim.

Kim says the most challenging part of being a manager is making the schedule.  "It takes me days to put together a schedule," she says, "because I like to create teams that work well together, and I also take pride in granting scheduling requests."

What's her favorite thing about YT?  "The guests and co-workers become like friends and family. YT is a significant piece of people's lives, and I'm honored to be a part of it."

Kim has a cat, Buddy and enjoys swimming and hiking in the Metroparks.  She's a self-taught woodworker who likes refinishing projects, such as the dresser she recently completed.

She's also a big movie fan, noting that her all-time favorite flick is "A Christmas Story."  When Kim has free time, she heads out of town to play blackjack or three-card poker in casinos in Atlantic City, Niagara Falls or Michigan.  According to Kim, "If there's a casino, I'm there!"
