Dixie Singer
Dixie began her career with Yours Truly as a manager in 1988. As she moved up the company to her eventual role as President, Dixie had an unmatched influence on the culture, growth, and success of the restaurant. Dixie is the founder and treasurer of Tiger Prep, an organization that prepares students with special needs for an independent, productive and fulfilling adulthood. She is also a past President of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. In 2026, Dixie transitioned into the role of Emeritus President at Yours Truly. She and her husband, Alec, reside in South Russell with their two sons.

Dick Humphrey
Dick’s resume includes stints at several prominent Northeast Ohio and Florida restaurants prior to joining Yours Truly in 1993. In 2026, after more than 30 years of dedicated service, Dick retired from his position as Vice President and will continue to serve as an Emeritus Advisor. Dick offers unparalleled industry experience and a keen ability to relate to team members across the company. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two grown sons and his grandchildren.

Kristen Phelps
Kristen is a graduate of John Carroll University and received her MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University-Cleveland Campus. She began her career with Yours Truly in 2008 as the Controller and was soon appointed to the Yours Truly Board of Directors. In 2026, Kristen was promoted to Chief Executive Office / Chief Financial Officer. Kristen's role has expanded from a financial management focus to a strategic role overseeing the business operations of the entire company. Kristen serves as a Board Member on the Ohio Restaurant and Hospitality Association.
Kristen resides in Geauga County with her husband, Bryan and daughter, Emer.

Laura Henderson
Laura joined Yours Truly in 2014 as a Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2018. Starting in 2024, Laura began taking on leadership responsibilities across the 9 locations, which culminated in her being appointed to the Yours Truly Board of Directors. In 2026, Laura was promoted to President / Chief Operating Officer, where her responsibilities have evolved to include leading the management team, and guiding the direction and policies of the company. Laura lives in North Ridgeville with her fiancée and their three boys, and cats- Leon and Chewy.
Vice President of Restaurant Operations & Systems
Damon Sundman
Damon is a graduate of the University of Mount Union. Damon joined Yours Truly as a Manager in 2012 and assumed the position of Regional Manager in 2016. In 2026, Damon was promoted to Vice President of Restaurant Operations & Systems. Along with training the management team, Damon's role has evolved to include a focus on technology, policy, and employee relations. Damon lives in Willoughby with his wife Amanda, their daughters Gia and McKenna, and their 2 dogs- Louie and Margaret.

Coleen LaRiccia
Coleen is a graduate of Ohio University and, in 2008, began her career at Yours Truly as a server. In 2018, Coleen's role transitioned from server to brand expert, where she honed her marketing and hospitality skills. In 2026, Coleen was promoted to Vice President of Restaurant Operations & Marketing. Coleen's expanded role includes managing Yours Truly’s social media platforms, manager training, and overseeing catering and private events.
Coleen lives in Geauga County with her husband Robert and their son Louis. She is a DIY enthusiast, who enjoys planning events and supporting local communities.
Vice President of Facility Operations & Supply
Doug Lieblich
Doug started as a Manager with Yours Truly in 2004. In 2026, Doug was promoted to Vice President of Facility Operations & Supply. Doug has developed key expertise in the development of new and remodeled locations, along with the maintenance of existing locations. Doug and his wife Mona met while working at Yours Truly. In his free time, Doug enjoys cooking and kayaking.

Michelle Kleismit
Michelle graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She started her career with Yours Truly in 2021 processing accounts payable and her role has expanded into the accounting side of the business. Michelle lives in Trumbull County with her husband, Mike, and daughters, Rachael and Brianna.
Internal Development Coordinator
Kristen Lee Balli
Lee Balli began her career at Yours Truly in 2014 processing accounts payable. Lee spent time as a Yours Truly Manager and then became the Internal Development Coordinator, providing the stores with support across every layer of operation. When not chasing after her rambunctious black panther Vito, Lee enjoys outdoor activities, eating dessert, and all things science fiction.

Andrew Shibley
Andrew is a graduate of Miami University and received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. After becoming a licensed attorney and working in private practice, Andrew joined Yours Truly as its Senior Advisor. In 2025, Andrew was appointed to the Yours Truly Board of Directors. He is responsible for managing the company’s legal interests, scouting new locations, and advising in all aspects of operations.
Andrew lives in Highland Heights and is a Cleveland sports enthusiast
Design Manager
Kristine Lombardy
Kristine graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Kristine joined Yours Truly in 2022 and now serves as the Design Manager. Aside from her
accounting responsibilities for the company’s real estate holdings, Kristine uses her specialized knowledge of programs and equipment to assist in all facets of design. Kristine lives in Aurora with her husband Steve and their dog Louie. Kristine loves all things crafts and DIY home décor.
